An unidentified man was killed after being hit by a train in Kaliakair of Gazipur district early Monday.
The deceased, aged about 60 years was wearing a lungi and a t-shirt.
Joydebpur Railway Police Sub-Inspector Kaiyum Ali said, the train hit the man on Dhaka-Rajshahi railway route in Bajhizoltoli area of Kaliakair.
Railway police recovered the body.
