BLACKPINK’s Lisa has found herself at the centre of fresh dating rumours involving Thai actor Blue Pongtiwat, as speculation continues over her reported split from LVMH heir Frédéric Arnault.
According to The Korea Times, online users have linked Lisa and Pongtiwat after the two were reportedly seen together in Thailand, Hong Kong and Japan. Some claims also suggest they attended family birthday celebrations together. Neither has confirmed a romantic relationship.
The latest speculation comes as questions continue over Lisa’s relationship with Arnault, whom she has been linked to since 2023. Neither Lisa nor Arnault has ever publicly confirmed that they were a couple.
In June, Vanity Fair reported that the pair appeared to have gone their separate ways. The magazine also said Lisa’s publicist had asked that questions about her romantic relationships and private life be avoided during an interview.
The pair first attracted dating rumours after being spotted together. Their appearances in several countries later fuelled further speculation, while reports that Lisa had spent time with members of Arnault’s family even led to marriage rumours.
Breakup speculation intensified in March when Arnault was absent from Lisa’s 29th birthday celebrations. That same party has now become part of the latest rumours involving Pongtiwat.
Lisa shared photographs from the celebration with the caption, “The last of my 20s with my favourite people.”
Pongtiwat later shared several photographs from the occasion, including images of himself posing closely with Lisa on a beach.
The Thai actor has also drawn attention for being described by some online users as “Thailand’s Cha Eun-woo”, a reference to the South Korean singer and actor known for his looks. It remains unclear how widely the nickname is used in Thailand.
Neither Lisa nor Pongtiwat has addressed the dating speculation. The claims circulating online remain unconfirmed.
Lisa has previously spoken about the pressure of public interest in her private life. In her Vanity Fair interview, she said she sometimes wanted to live normally and described the lack of privacy that comes with global fame.
For now, the reported relationship with Arnault remains unconfirmed, while the rumours surrounding Pongtiwat are also based only on fan speculation and their public appearances.
