Popular singers Dilshad Nahar Kona and Imran Mahmudul have been winning over audiences with a month-long concert tour across the United States. The duo travelled there more than a month ago with their team and will perform in several more states in October under the Deshi Entertainment banner.
“We have already performed in several states across the US. We will continue performing this month and visit a few more states next month before returning home,” Kona said yesterday.
She added, “This experience has been completely different from previous years. The overwhelming crowds and love at every show have left us deeply moved.”
Imran thanked the organisers and audiences who continue to wait eagerly to enjoy their songs live. “We have several more shows ahead. I hope we can complete them successfully,” he said.
Kona and Imran are one of the leading singing duos in Bangladeshi cinema. Both have won National Film Awards for playback singing. Their latest popular film song together is “Konya Konya Konya Re” from Jinn 3.
