The 400th board meeting of Karnaphuli Insurance Company Limited was held on October 22 at the company’s head office.
The meeting was chaired by Board Chairman G K Bashar, where directors reviewed key operational and strategic matters of the company.
Vice Chairman GM Bashir, directors Shamsunnahar Begum, Abdul Gaffar Chowdhury, Monowara Khanam, and independent directors Farida Yasmin and Dilruba Mahbuba, along with Chief Executive Officer Md Shafiul Alam and Company Secretary Md Abedur Rahman, were present.
The board discussed various aspects of the company’s performance and adopted several resolutions to strengthen its operations and ensure continued business growth.
