Shareholders of Karnaphuli Insurance PLC approved a 10 per cent cash dividend for 2025 at the company’s 39th annual general meeting, held virtually on Thursday.
The shareholders also approved all other agenda items, the insurer said in a statement.
Chairman Nizam Uddin Ahmed presided over the meeting, which was attended by directors and independent directors, along with CEO A N M Fazlul Karim Munshi, Chief Financial Officer Md Moin Uddin and Company Secretary F J M Hafiza Sultana.
