Jamaat-e-Islami, Bangladesh is set to announce its programme to celebrate the first anniversary of July-August mass uprising, which brought to an end to Sheikh Hasina’s regime on August 5, 2024.
The announcement will be made from the party’s central office at 12noon, according to Jamaat-e-Islami Publicity Affairs Secretary Adv Motiur Rahman Akand.
Senior party leaders are expected to attend the event.
