Infinix has launched the HOT 70 in Bangladesh, positioning the smartphone around long-term reliability, durability and sustained performance as replacement cycles lengthen among young users.

The company said on Tuesday the device is designed to maintain smooth performance for up to 72 months, targeting students and young professionals who rely heavily on smartphones for everyday work, communication and entertainment.

The HOT 70 comes with SGS-certified drop protection and is engineered to withstand falls from up to 1.5 metres. It also carries an IP65 rating for dust and splash resistance to improve durability during daily use.

Infinix said the device includes an Intelligent Drain and Dust Ejection system designed to remove moisture and dust particles, helping preserve internal hardware performance over time.

The smartphone also introduces the Folax AI suite, featuring tools such as One-Tap AI FlashMemo for quick information saving and AI-powered assistance for routine tasks and productivity functions.

Powered by the MediaTek Helio G100 Ultimate chipset, the HOT 70 is designed to support stable multitasking, gaming and improved power efficiency compared with earlier models.

The device packs a 6,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging support. Features including bypass charging and self-healing battery technology are aimed at reducing heat during intensive usage and maintaining battery health over the long term.

The HOT 70 is available in two variants — 4GB RAM with 128GB storage priced at Tk18,999 and 6GB RAM with 128GB storage priced at Tk21,999, the company said in a press release.
