The International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) has formally assigned responsibilities among its prosecution team members, according to an office order issued Thursday by the Chief Prosecutor’s office.
The order states that Prosecutors Sheikh Mahdi and Abdus Sattar Palwan will work closely with Chief Prosecutor Tajul Islam on a continuous basis during proceedings in the Appeals Division and the tribunal.
Prosecutor SM Moinul Karim has been assigned to assist Prosecutor Mizanul Islam throughout court sessions.
Meanwhile, Prosecutor Mohammad Mamunur Rashid will serve alongside Prosecutor (Administration) Gazi Monowar Hossain Tamim on a continuous basis during tribunal proceedings.
The order, signed by Chief Prosecutor Tajul Islam, has been made effective immediately.
