Grameenphone has partnered with Grameen HealthTech to provide digital healthcare services to its Distribution House Field Forces and Grameenphone Center Agents through the Shukhee app, offering round-the-clock doctor consultations and discounts on lab tests and medicines.
Under the initiative, frontline staff will have access to 24/7 free doctor consultations all year round, digital prescriptions, up to 40 per cent discount on home lab tests, and up to 10 per cent discount on online medicine purchases, said a press release on Sundaya.
The agreement was signed by Grameenphone Sales and Distribution Head Mohammad Shareef Mahmood Khan and Grameen HealthTech Chief Business Officer Mohammad Solaimun Rasel. Grameenphone Chief Marketing Officer Farha Naz Zaman and Chief Product Officer Solaiman Alam attended the signing ceremony, along with GHL Chief Executive Officer Ahmed Armaan Siddiqui.
Zaman said the frontline teams are an important part of the business and remain closely connected with customers every day. “Through this partnership with Grameen HealthTech, we are making quality healthcare more accessible and convenient for them,” she said.
Siddiqui said the initiative demonstrates how digital technology can help make healthcare more accessible, affordable and convenient for the people who serve Grameenphone customers across the country.
