Grameen One: Scheme Two, a publicly traded closed-end mutual fund, has declared a 9 per cent cash dividend for the year ended 30 June 2026, backed by realised profit, retained earnings and available reserves.
The trustee committee of the fund approved the dividend, with 2 September 2026 set as the record date for eligible unitholders.
The fund reported earnings per unit of Tk0.82 for fiscal year 2025-26, compared with Tk0.81 a year earlier.
Its net asset value per unit at market price rose to Tk17.07 as of 30 June 2026, from Tk15.89 a year earlier. Net asset value per unit at cost increased to Tk11.07 from Tk10.95 during the same period.
The fund’s net operating cash flow per unit improved to Tk0.90 in FY26 from Tk0.86 in the previous year.
Grameen One: Scheme Two units, traded under the ticker GRAMEENS2 on the Dhaka Stock Exchange, closed 0.74 per cent lower at Tk13.50 on Thursday. The fund has a face value of Tk10 per unit.
