Popular Dhaka film actresses Apu Biswas and Shobnom Bubly often draw public attention beyond their work in films. Fashion choreographer Gautam Saha has also remained part of discussions involving the two actresses.
In a recent interview, Gautam shared his thoughts on Apu and Bubly while addressing the recent rumour about Apu’s reported marriage in Singapore.
Gautam said he came across the claim on social media. He said he would congratulate Apu if the news proved true. At the same time, he added that he would not be surprised if the report turned out to be only a rumour.
He said Apu has the confidence and ability to continue her life journey through her own talent and determination.
Gautam also recalled the difficult time Apu faced after her separation from Shakib Khan. He said he supported her emotionally during that period and encouraged her to return to a normal life and focus on her work. He added that they later became distant after a third person came between them.
Currently, Gautam works regularly with Shobnom Bubly. He praised Bubly’s professionalism, saying he has worked with many well-known actresses throughout his career but found very few as cooperative as her.
According to Gautam, Bubly’s dedication and supportive attitude towards work impressed him.
He also said that although he no longer maintains the same level of communication with Apu, he still remembers their past bond and the moments they shared like a brother and sister.
Gautam was once known as a close associate of Apu Biswas, but he now shares a stronger professional connection with Shobnom Bubly. His recent comments about the two actresses have created renewed discussion among fans.
