The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) will hold its Level 2 Coaching Course from July 15 to 20 at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur.
The six-day programme, organised by the BCB’s Game Development Committee, will be conducted by former Nepal international Binod Kumar Das, who arrived in Bangladesh on Tuesday. An ICC Level 3 Master Educator, Binod will oversee the course involving 32 participants.
It has been learned that the group features 10 former cricketers, including former Bangladesh men’s internationals Elias Sunny, Nazim Uddin and Anwar Hossain. Former Bangladesh women’s internationals Reshma Akter Aduri, Shamima Sultana and Panna Ghosh are also among the participants.
The list also includes former domestic cricketers Abul Bashar, Tariqul Islam, Tariq Ahmed Ruben and Salauddin Pappu. The remaining participants are BCB coaches and candidates selected through the board’s coaching development programme.
