Education and Primary and Mass Education Minister ANM Ehsanul Hoque Milon on Tuesday paid an unannounced visit to “Farazi Press and Publications” at Daudkandi in Cumilla to inspect the printing quality of textbooks for the new academic year.
During the visit, the minister inspected the actual ground situation of the printing work, spoke with those concerned, and checked both the quality of the textbooks and the overall progress of the printing process.
Emphasising the importance of maintaining set standards in printing to ensure the timely delivery of quality textbooks to students, Milon issued necessary directives to ensure quality assurance. He also warned that exemplary punishment would be awarded to those involved in supplying low-quality books.
Director General of the Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education Khan Moinuddin Al Mahmud Sohel, alongside senior officials of the ministry, was present during the inspection.
