Officers recovered 305 iPhones, iPhone spare parts, Tk26,000 in cash and eight bottles of foreign liquor from their possession.

Preliminary investigations indicate the suspects imported expensive mobile phone components through various channels, assembled them, and sold them to local retailers.

The operation reportedly involved some unscrupulous local mobile phone traders, who are under identification for legal action.
