Dutch Bangla Bank PLC (DBBL) has reported an improvement in its financial performance for the year ended 31 December, 2025.
The bank recorded a net profit after tax & provisions of Tk.965.00 crore for the year 2025, registering a growth of 104 percent (2.04 times) compared to the previous year, reads a press release.
The 307th meeting of the Board of Directors of Dutch-Bangla Bank PLC took place on April 28, 2026, presided over by the Board’s Chairperson, Sadia Rayen Ahmed.
The Board approved the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December, 2025 and declared 30 percent Dividend (25 percent cash and 5 percent Stock) for the year 2025 as against 20 percent dividend (10 percent cash and 10 percent stock) in 2024.
The Earnings Per Share (EPS) stood at Tk9.98 as on 31 December, 2025, compared to Tk4.90 in the previous year, Net Assets Value (NAV) at Tk62.14 against Tk53.39, demonstrating enhanced shareholder value.
In terms of financial stability, the bank’s Capital to Risk-weighted Assets Ratio (CRAR) stood at 17.13 percent against 13.83 percent in 2024, well above the regulatory requirement.
