Bangladesh Open University (BOU) has postponed the HSC Examination 2026 Bengali First Paper (HSC 1851) and Bengali Second Paper (HSC 2851) examinations scheduled for Friday, 17 July 2026, due to natural disasters.
The university’s Examination Division also postponed scheduled examinations under several other programmes set to take place on 17 and 18 July 2026, according to a notice issued on Wednesday, 15 July 2026.
The postponed examinations include the MA and MSS (Preliminary) Programme Term-242 second semester examinations, the B.Ag.Ed Programme Term-252 (July–December 2025) second, fourth and sixth semester examinations, the Master of Education (M.Ed) Examination 2025 Term-252 first and second semester examinations, and the BBA Programme Term-241 first, third, fifth and seventh level examinations.
The revised schedules for the postponed examinations will be announced later through separate notices, the university said in a press release.
BOU, however, said all other subjects under the HSC Examination 2026 would continue according to the previously announced schedule.
