This land transfer is part of a larger plan by Delta Life Sciences to invest approximately $30 million in a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, BEZA said in a statement on Friday.

The project is expected to generate around 700 direct jobs and includes the establishment of multiple advanced facilities, such as a biopharmaceutical fill-finish and formulation unit, oncology manufacturing facility, and an R&D centre.
