FC Barcelona winger Raphinha has been appointed global brand ambassador of realme, as the smartphone maker targets stronger engagement with young consumers ahead of the FIFA World Cup.

The announcement was made in a press release, positioning the partnership as part of the brand’s youth-centric global strategy.

Raphinha, who also represents the Brazil national team, will lead realme’s upcoming campaign titled “Make it Raphinha, Make it realme”.

The campaign is inspired by the idea of “the R prophecy”, drawing parallels with football icons such as Ronaldo, Romario, and Pelé to highlight talent and determination.
