Bank Asia has launched a campaign highlighting deposit safety, financial stability and digital banking services as it seeks to strengthen customer confidence in an environment where savers are placing greater emphasis on the financial strength and governance of banks.
The bank said its campaign underscores its focus on prudent risk management, strong liquidity, corporate governance, transparency and customer service as the foundations of its operations, according to a press release.
It said these strengths have enabled it to provide uninterrupted banking services while maintaining the confidence of its customers.
The lender is promoting a range of deposit products, including savings accounts, fixed deposit receipts (FDRs) and deposit pension schemes (DPS), which it said are designed to help individuals and families meet both short-term savings needs and long-term financial goals while offering competitive returns.
Alongside its deposit products, Bank Asia highlighted Bank Asia ZEN, its digital banking platform, as a key part of its retail banking strategy. The platform enables customers to manage accounts, transfer funds, pay utility bills, open FDR and DPS accounts, access credit card services and carry out other banking transactions remotely.
The bank said ZEN incorporates advanced security features and an intuitive interface to provide customers with secure and convenient access to banking services anytime and from anywhere.
Bank Asia also highlighted its nationwide banking network, saying customers can access services through branches, agent banking outlets and automated teller machines (ATMs) across both urban and rural Bangladesh, supporting uninterrupted banking services.
The bank said it currently serves more than 8.8 million customers nationwide and continues to position itself as a dependable banking partner by maintaining strong liquidity, financial discipline and sound corporate governance.
The campaign comes as banks increasingly seek to reassure depositors amid heightened attention to financial resilience across Bangladesh’s banking sector, with customers placing greater importance on stability, transparency and service quality when choosing where to keep their savings.
“We are committed to protecting your savings and helping you build a secure future,” the bank said.
