The 13th Bangladesh Yarn, Fabrics & Accessories Show 2026, running concurrently with Bangladesh TEXCHEM, is set to commence on Thursday at the International Convention City Bashundhara in the capital.
The four-day international tradeshow will enable the ready-made garment (RMG) sector to source its requirements of yarn, fabric, garment accessories, and textile chemicals from international suppliers showcasing at the exhibition, reads a press release.
Organised by ASK Trade & Exhibitions Pvt Ltd, this 13th edition of the show will feature participation from over 150 overseas companies alongside Bangladeshi firms. The participants will showcase their latest collections of yarn, fabrics, accessories, and chemicals to the country’s RMG sector.
President of the Bangladesh Knitwear Manufacturers & Exporters Association Mohammad Hatem has consented to be the chief guest at the inauguration function.
The exhibition is targeted at garment manufacturers and exporters, buying houses, fabric importers, and yarn and fabric processors, enabling them to source materials from overseas suppliers closer to their doorsteps.
Highlighting the event’s importance, ASK Trade & Exhibitions Pvt Ltd Managing Director Tipu Sultan Bhuiyan said, “Fabric sourcing being a dynamic activity, access to new innovation and new suppliers is always vital to the exporters and the 11th edition of International Yarn, Fabrics & Accessories concurrent with Bangladesh TEXCHEM show with a pavillion from CHEMEXCIL India is aimed at achieving this objective.”
Visitors to the exhibition will find a wide range of products on display, including yarns, coloured spun yarn, and blended yarns for the manufacture of woven and knitted garments.
The show will be open to all business visitors between 11am and 7pm.
The exhibition will also feature the latest collections in knitted and woven fashion fabrics, plush fabric, TR suit fabric, wool suit fabric, fashion printed fabric, knitted sports functional fabric, home fabric, toy fabric, and post-process hot stamping, embroidery, composite, film, flocking, and garment accessories.
