Police recovered a laptop stolen from a German tourist five days after the theft, from “Nur Cloth Store” in the Nichabazar area of Natore town at around 9:30pm on Sunday.

Police detained Antor, an employee of the cloth store, on suspicion of involvement in the incident, although the stolen camera could not be recovered yet. Shahadat Hossain, sub-inspector of Natore Sadar Police Station who led the drive, confirmed the matter.

According to police and details of the incident, German tourist Kirill Lander-Weber Deneygar arrived at Natore Railway Station from Bogura on the Lalmoni Express train at around 3pm on Wednesday. A young man wearing a vest was with him at the time.
