Bangladesh Cricket Board announced the squad for the three-match T20I series between Bangladesh women’s team and Sri Lanka on Saturday. All three matches are scheduled at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium on April 28, 30 and May 2.
Nigar Sultana Joty will captain the side, while Nahida Akter will serve as vice-captain. The leadership group remains unchanged, which provides continuity after the ODI series.
Sri Lanka arrived in Bangladesh for a three-match ODI series that began on April 20 in Rajshahi, with matches also held on April 22 and April 25. Both teams will now move to Sylhet for the T20I leg following the ODI fixtures.
