Bangladesh has strongly condemned Israel’s recent military aggression against Qatar, calling it a violation of Qatar’s sovereignty, territorial integrity, and international law.
In a statement on Wednesday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs(MOFA-BD) expressed full solidarity with the Government and people of Qatar, condemning the unprovoked attack.
Israel’s airstrikes on Tuesday targeted senior Hamas leaders in Doha, sparking international concern. Qatar, a key mediator in ceasefire talks, condemned the attack as an assault on civilian buildings.
Bangladesh highlighted that this attack reflects Israel’s disregard for regional stability and international norms, undermining global peace efforts.
The statement urged the international community, especially the United Nations, to take measures to ensure accountability and uphold international law.
