The 438th Board Meeting of Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC was held on Sunday at the bank’s head office. The meeting was chaired by Khwaja Shahriar, chairman of the board of directors.
During the session, the board reviewed the bank’s overall business performance and took several important policy decisions to further enhance operations.
Key figures from the bank, including directors Md Shahin Ul Islam, Md Abdul Wadud, Dr Mohammed Abu Eusuf, Mohammad Asraful Hassan, Managing Director (current charge) Mohd Rafat Ullah Khan, Company Secretary (acting) Mohammad Moniruzzaman, and other senior executives, were present to contribute to the discussions.
