Chief of Air Staff of the Bangladesh Air Force (BAF) Air Chief Marshal Hasan Mahmood Khan participated in the “2026 Pacific Air Chiefs Symposium (PACS 26)” held in Honolulu, Hawaii, during his official visit to the United States from 11 to 15 May.
According to an Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) statement released on Tuesday afternoon, the Air Chief attended the symposium at the invitation of General Kevin B Schneider, Commander of the Pacific Air Forces.
The event provided a platform for networking and the exchange of knowledge among air forces of the Indo-Pacific region, the ISPR noted.
The visit is expected to reinforce the longstanding friendly relations between Bangladesh and the United States while promoting broader cooperation in professional and defense-related sectors, the statement added.
