ADN Telecom Limited has won the Gold Award in the Information and Communication Technology category at the 12th ICSB National Award for Corporate Governance Excellence 2024.
The award was conferred at a ceremony held on December 15 at Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka, the company said in a press release.
ADN Telecom Managing Director Henry Hilton and ADN Telecom Company Secretary Md Monir Hossain received the award on behalf of the company.
Commerce Adviser Sk Bashir Uddin attended the programme as the chief guest, while Chief Adviser’s Special Envoy on International Affairs Lutfey Siddiqi was present as the guest of honour.
The award is presented by the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh, which has been recognising listed companies for excellence in corporate governance for more than a decade.
The evaluation is conducted based on compliance with the Corporate Governance Code issued by the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission.
ADN Telecom operates in the telecommunications sector, providing network infrastructure and digital services in Bangladesh’s information and communication technology landscape.
The company previously secured the Gold Award in 2022 and the Silver Award in 2023 in the same category at the ICSB National Award for Corporate Governance Excellence.
