Actors Chanchal Chowdhury and Nazifa Tushi are set to share the big screen again, this time in director Shankha Dasgupta’s upcoming film ‘Abar Dekha Holo’, which is targeting an Eid-ul-Fitr release.
Siam Ahmed will also play a key role in the project, according to sources involved in the production. Filming is scheduled to begin outside Dhaka on 10 November, with the production team having already completed its initial preparations.
The film is being jointly produced by Frame Per Second and Chorki, with plans for a theatrical release during the upcoming Eid-ul-Fitr.
Actress Bijori Barkatullah, who rose to prominence in the 1990s, is also part of the cast. The makers are reportedly in discussions with several other actors, but details about their involvement and roles remain undisclosed.
Attempts to reach director Shankha Dasgupta for comment were unsuccessful, as he was not ready to discuss the project. Nazifa Tushi, meanwhile, said she was in talks with several directors about upcoming work but could not confirm any particular project at this stage.
Chanchal and Tushi previously shared screen space in the acclaimed film ‘Hawa’.
Their collaborations also include ‘Pressure Cooker’ and ‘Andhar’, making their latest reunion a point of interest for audiences.
