Metro rail operations between Dhaka’s Pallabi and Mirpur-11 stations have been suspended.
Train movement on this route has been halted since 12:40pm to carry out emergency repairs on the electric line, according to Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited (DMTCL). The services will remain suspended for about half an hour, until 1:10pm.
The metro rail authorities have expressed sincere regret for the temporary inconvenience caused to passengers.
