IPDC Finance PLC recently concluded a four-day Wellness Program, held from 13 to 16 October 2025, focusing on enhancing the physical and mental wellbeing of its employees and customers.
The initiative demonstrated IPDC’s ongoing commitment to fostering a healthy, supportive, and inclusive lifestyle, both at work and at home.
The first day of the program featured a comprehensive health check-up session, where participants received personalized consultations on blood sugar, blood pressure, and BMI readings under the guidance of a medical officer. The session also included a Breast Cancer Awareness segment, educating both employees and customers on early detection, prevention, and treatment options.
Day two was dedicated to Mental Health Awareness, with experts discussing emotional wellbeing and offering practical strategies to manage workplace stress and maintain a balanced life.
On the third day, IPDC hosted an interactive Physiotherapy Session led by a professional physiotherapist. Participants were guided through physical exercises and workshops aimed at promoting long-term musculoskeletal health.
The final day featured a Free Eye Check-up Camp for all employees and support staff. This initiative aimed to raise awareness about eye health and provide early detection of vision-related problems. Employees received consultations from qualified eye specialists, while support staff identified for vision correction were given free spectacles.
