The Foreign Investors’ Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) has partnered with Mind Mapper Bangladesh to launch the FICCI Leadership Academy, a program aimed at equipping Bangladeshi professionals with advanced leadership skills and bridging critical market skill gaps.

Under the partnership, Mind Mapper Bangladesh will serve as FICCI’s knowledge partner, designing and delivering customised, future-focused training programs, according to a press release.

Participants will gain practical insights into leadership, innovation, and management, helping them thrive in a rapidly evolving business landscape.

The signing ceremony took place on September 18 at the FICCI office in Dhaka.

FICCI Board of Directors Member Ala Uddin Ahmad and ISCEA Asia CEO and Mind Mapper Bangladesh Managing Director & Lead Coach Ejazur Rahman signed the agreement on behalf of their organizations.

Senior officials from both FICCI and Mind Mapper Bangladesh attended the event.

Ala Uddin Ahmad said the academy will offer rich, tailored learning opportunities for professionals and aspiring leaders while leveraging the expertise of senior executives from FICCI member companies alongside global-standard trainers.

He emphasised that the initiative aims to strengthen Bangladesh’s human capital by integrating international best practices.

FICCI Board of Directors Member Rubaba Dowla said the Leadership Academy will bridge skill gaps, inspire innovation, and empower professionals to compete in the global economy.

Ejazur Rahman said the collaboration opens a “new chapter” in professional development, combining the strengths of both organisations to create tangible impact for professionals and businesses across Bangladesh.

FICCI, representing foreign investors from 35 countries across 21 sectors, has been a driving force in Bangladesh’s economic growth since 1963.

Mind Mapper Bangladesh, with 15 years of experience, has trained over 30,000 professionals from more than 2,000 organisations, providing global certifications, corporate upskilling, and consultancy services.

The launch of the FICCI Leadership Academy underscores a growing focus on professional development in Bangladesh and aims to create a workforce equipped to meet the challenges of a dynamic business environment.
