Polar Ice Cream has launched its first dedicated ice cream parlor experience, Polar Chill Station, at five metro stations in Dhaka, offering customers a new way to enjoy its range of ice cream products.
Dhaka Ice Cream Industries Limited introduced the outlets on 22 September 2026 at Uttara South, Pallabi, Mirpur-11, Bijoy Sarani and Dhaka University, with six outlets currently operational, the company said in a press release.
Designed as a stop for ice cream lovers during their daily journeys, Polar Chill Station allows customers to explore different flavours, try their favourites and discover new products from Polar’s portfolio.
Speaking at the launch, Shah Masud Imam, Chief Operating Officer of Dhaka Ice Cream Industries Ltd, said the company aims to make ice cream moments more enjoyable for consumers.
“We are always striving to make every moment of an ice cream lover’s life happier. We aspire to be their companion anytime and anywhere. With this vision in mind, Polar Chill Station brings a new, more enjoyable and refreshing parlor experience to ice cream lovers,” he said.
The launch event was attended by senior management and departmental heads of Pandughar Group and Dhaka Ice Cream Industries Limited, including Md Abdullah Al Mamun, Head of Marketing; Rashed Sarwar, Head of Sales & Distribution; Sajuti Saleque Setu, Head of Brand Development; Kazi Saiful Islam, Head of HR & IT; Mohammad Mainul Islam, General Manager, Factory Project; Syed Imtiaz Hossain, Head of Supply Chain; Mohammad Iftekhar Ahsan, Head of Plant Operation; Md Alamgir Hossain Khan, Head of Finance; and Nizamul Islam, Head of Internal Audit.
The company said it plans to expand Polar Chill Station to more locations in the future as part of its efforts to create new customer experiences around its ice cream products.
