Serakontho-fame singer Kaniz Khadiza Tinni has begun a master’s degree in Applied Linguistics and ELT (English language learning and teaching) at the English Department of Jagannath University in Dhaka. She started the programme at the end of last month and is delighted to take another step in her education, even if later than planned.

Tinni believes there is no end to learning and no fixed age for education. She is therefore excited to begin her master’s degree and hopes to complete it properly within the stipulated time.

“Alhamdulillah. Although a little late, I have started another major step in my education in the name of Allah. I hope my family will support me wholeheartedly and that I will be able to complete my master’s degree in the chosen subject properly,” Tinni said.
