Pathao has expanded its Parcel service by introducing a range of delivery options aimed at offering customers greater flexibility, speed and affordability.
The new service moves beyond a one-size-fits-all model, allowing customers to select a delivery option that best suits their urgency, convenience and budget, reads a press release.
The expanded Parcel service includes Instant, with pickup within approximately 10 minutes and delivery within one hour for urgent intra-city shipments; 4-Hour, offering intra-city delivery within four hours; Same-Day, designed for non-urgent intra-city deliveries; Anywhere, providing nationwide delivery within one to three days with parcel pickup from the customer’s location; and Hub Drop, the most economical option, allowing customers to drop off parcels at a nearby Pathao Hub for nationwide delivery within one to three days.
Initially, the Instant, 4-Hour and Same-Day services will be available for intra-city deliveries in selected locations, while Anywhere and Hub Drop will provide affordable nationwide shipping.
“Customers don’t always need the fastest delivery—they need the right delivery option for the occasion,” said Fahim Ahmed, CEO of Pathao.
“Whether it’s an urgent document that must arrive within an hour, a gift that can be delivered later in the day, or an affordable package sent across the country, we’re giving customers the freedom to choose. This marks an important evolution of Pathao Parcel from a single express service to a comprehensive logistics platform built around customer needs.”
According to the company, the expansion reflects changing consumer behaviour, as individuals and small businesses increasingly seek delivery services that balance speed, cost and convenience.
By introducing multiple service levels, Pathao aims to make parcel delivery more accessible while optimising logistics operations and improving delivery efficiency.
The company said the addition of Hub Drop provides customers with a significantly lower-cost shipping option by enabling them to drop off parcels at designated Pathao Hubs for reliable nationwide delivery.
The new delivery options are available through the latest version of the Pathao app. Customers can select the Parcel service to compare delivery timelines and pricing before confirming their shipment.
