Cadet College Club Limited (CCCL) installed its newly elected executive committee for 2026 at a formal ceremony held on Friday at the club premises in Purbachal.
Bangladesh Army Chief Waker-Uz-Zaman attended the programme as the chief guest, while Rajdhani Unnayan Kartripakkha Chairman Riaz-ul-Islam was present as the special guest and Dhaka Bank PLC Chairman Abdul Hai Sarker joined as the guest of honour.
The ceremony was attended by former presidents, vice presidents and secretaries general of the Cadet College Club, members of the 2025 and 2026 executive committees, representatives of the College Representative Committee, and senior officials from the Bangladesh Army, RAJUK and the banking sector.
Speaking at the event, the chief guest, special guest and guest of honour discussed leadership, institutional values and the role of alumni-led platforms in national development.
The programme also featured speeches by Cadet College Club Limited President Ishtiaq Zahir Titas and Director Administration Tahmina Rahman Anu.
The members of the newly elected executive committee were formally introduced by Election Commission Chairman Squadron Leader (Retd) Kaiser Sohel Ahmed.
On behalf of the club, crests were presented to the chief guest, special guest and guest of honour.
Around 1,600 members along with their spouses attended the ceremony, while Dhaka Bank played a key role in supporting the organisation of the event.
