Pakistani actor Wahaj Ali brought his ‘Tere Bin’ fame to Dhaka as he joined Bangladeshi actress Nusraat Faria at a wedding and lifestyle event.
Wahaj attended the closing programme of ‘Emira: The Wedding Chapter’, held at the United Convention Centre on 2 and 3 October. The actor had earlier announced his Bangladesh visit in a video message, saying he was eager to meet his fans.
During the event, Wahaj and Faria appeared together at a fashion presentation. Faria later shared photographs of their appearance, showing herself in a Jamdani-inspired purple lehenga while Wahaj wore a dark blue suit.
The photographs quickly circulated among fans, with some speculating about a possible collaboration. However, neither actor has announced any joint project.
Wahaj became widely popular across South Asia as Murtasim Khan in ‘Tere Bin’, opposite Yumna Zaidi. He also portrayed Bangladeshi freedom fighter Shafi Imam Rumi in the 2021 historical drama ‘Jo Bichar Gaye’.
