Vivo has launched its V80 Lite 5G smartphone in Bangladesh, introducing what it says is the segment’s only curved display alongside a distinctive “Skyline Camera” design. The company said in a press release that the device, unveiled in Dhaka on 30 August 2026, combines premium design with enhanced camera capabilities, smooth performance and a long-lasting battery under the tagline “Slay Every Edge”.
The handset features a 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED dual-curved display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 2000 nits HBM brightness, designed to deliver clear visuals and a premium, easy-grip feel. Its horizontal Skyline Camera arrangement, paired with a light-reflecting design, is intended to create a distinctive look, while the device is available in two colour options: Silk White and Sapphire Blue.
Performance is powered by a 4nm octa-core Dimensity 7360 Turbo processor with 8GB of extended RAM, which Vivo says maintains smooth multitasking through deep system optimisation for 50 months or more. On the camera front, the device includes a 32MP group selfie camera designed to keep multiple faces clear within a single frame, along with a 50MP Sony sensor offering a Clear Night Portrait mode for low-light photography.
The V80 Lite 5G is equipped with a 7,050mAh BlueVolt battery for extended daily use, along with IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance, offering protection in wet conditions or when handled with damp hands.
The smartphone is available in two variants in Bangladesh: an 8GB RAM plus 128GB storage model priced at BDT 59,999, and an 8GB RAM plus 256GB storage model priced at BDT 69,999. Customers can also access 0% interest hire purchase and EMI plans for up to nine months.
