Agrani Bank PLC organised a seminar titled “Strategic Management for Sustainable Banking: Risk Mitigation, NPL Reduction, Credit Growth and Business Expansion” on Saturday at the Agrani Bank Training Institute (ABTI) in Dhaka.
Syed Abu Naser Bukhtear Ahmed, chairman of the Board of Directors of Agrani Bank PLC, attended the seminar along with board directors Muzaffar Ahmed, FCMA, and Md Sayed Kutub; Managing Director (Current Charge) Parsoma Alam; Deputy Managing Directors; all General Managers based in Dhaka; heads of corporate branches and regions under Dhaka Circles 1 and 2; branch heads and Deputy General Managers of the Principal Branch, Gulshan Corporate Branch and Amin Court Corporate Branch; and in-charges of the advance sections of the respective branches, reads a press release.
The seminar focused on various aspects of sustainable banking management, including risk mitigation, reduction of non-performing loans (NPLs), credit growth and business expansion.
Emphasis was placed on accelerating the Bank’s overall business performance through effective risk management and sustainable growth.
