Bank Asia PLC has launched a month-long Entrepreneurship Development Programme under a project financed by the Asian Development Bank and implemented by the Finance Division, with supervision from Bangladesh Bank’s (BB) SME Department.

The programme was inaugurated on Wednesday at the Bank Asia Institute for Training and Development in Lalmatia, Dhaka, said a press release on Saturday.
BB Additional Director Md Masum Billah inaugurated the programme. BB Joint Director Mohammad Wasim and Bank Asia MSME Head Mohammad Saifuddowla attended as special guests.
Bank Asia Deputy Managing Director Akhteruddin Mahmood presided over the event.

The programme will provide entrepreneurs with training on business operations, management, financial planning, market management and business expansion.

The initiative aims to enhance business knowledge and management capabilities, enabling participants to operate and expand their businesses while creating employment opportunities.
