United States military has announced that its forces struck a vessel in the Caribbean on Friday, resulting in three fatalities, marking the latest in a series of similar incidents over recent months.
In a post on the social media platform X, the US military confirmed the operation. Trump administration has frequently highlighted its achievements in intercepting and neutralising suspected drug trafficking vessels operating in the region.
The military said in a post the vessel was “engaged in narco-trafficking operations.”
