Actress Tanjin Tisha has denied reports that she was involved in a car accident while travelling to Manikganj for a showroom opening, clarifying the matter in a subsequent Facebook post.
On Saturday night, 10 October, Tisha posted on Facebook that she had narrowly escaped a major accident on her way to Manikganj.
“Alhamdulillah, I escaped a major accident on my way to Manikganj! I hope to see everyone there, InshaAllah,” she wrote.
However, a few hours later, the actress published another post dismissing the reports in a sarcastic tone.
“Come on, guys, be quiet and go to sleep. I haven’t had any car accident,” she wrote.
Repeated attempts to contact Tisha for clarification received no response.
News of a possible accident involving a public figure can naturally cause concern among fans. However, her second post drew numerous negative comments on social media.
Many users assumed that the actress had not suffered any serious harm, which came as a relief to some. At the same time, some comments appeared to suggest that a section of users might have welcomed news of harm coming to her.
Tisha frequently makes headlines on social media amid controversies and allegations, including claims of disputes with fellow actors and financial misconduct.
