The Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of Standard Islami Bank PLC held its 129th meeting on 22 July 2026 at the bank’s Boardroom at its Head Office in Dhaka, with committee Chairman Khondoker Rumy Ehsanul Huq presiding over the session.
The meeting was attended by committee members Gulzar Ahmed, S A MD Hossain and Golam Hafiz Ahmed, along with Md Sharafat Ullah Khan, observer of Standard Islami Bank PLC and Director (PSD) of Bangladesh Bank, the bank said in a press release.
Managing Director Riad Mahmud Chowdhury, Additional Managing Director Md Siddiqur Rahman, Company Secretary Md Mizanur Rahman, FCS, Head of ICC Division Md Syejuddin Ahmmed, Head of Audit Md Zahidul Hassan and Chief Financial Officer Mohammad Salah Uddin, FCS, were also present at the meeting.
The bank did not disclose details of the matters discussed at the meeting.
