Southeast Bank PLC began operations at its relocated branch on the second floor of Shahidullah Market in Tajpur Bazar at Osmani Nagar upazila of Sylhet on 26 February.
The branch was previously located at Pubali Mansion in the same area, the bank said in a press release.
Md Masum Uddin Khan, deputy managing director of Southeast Bank, attended the ceremony.
During the event, the bank assured it would continue providing technology-driven SME and agricultural banking services from its new location.
Southeast Bank Executive Vice-President, Mohammad Ashikuzzaman Khan, penned the deal on behalf of their respective companies.
Among others, senior officials of the bank, local businesspeople, customers and other guests attended the event.
