Dhallywood actress Shobnom Bubly is preparing to return to the big screen after taking an extended break following motherhood.
The actress is currently focusing on regaining her fitness through a strict diet and regular workouts.
Alongside caring for her daughter, Sharlin Khan, Bubly has been following a fitness routine under medical advice as she prepares to resume shooting.
Since her daughter’s birth, Bubly has largely stayed away from the public eye, although she has remained active on social media.
She has continued to share photographs, videos and glimpses of her personal life with fans.
Her much-anticipated comeback is expected to come with director Zahid Hossain’s Dhakaiya Devdas next month, provided everything goes as planned.
Set against the social and cultural backdrop of Old Dhaka, the film stars Ador Azad opposite Bubly.
The actress also has several other projects in the pipeline. Shapla Shaluk, in which she stars opposite Abdun Noor Shajal, is awaiting release, while she has already completed shooting for Koyla.
Speaking about her return, Bubly said she deeply misses the familiar world of lights, cameras and action and wants to make a strong comeback with quality projects for audiences.
The actress recently added another achievement to her career by winning the Best Actress award at the New York Bangla Film Festival for her performance in Deyaler Desh.
Bubly celebrated the recognition on social media, further adding to the anticipation surrounding her return to cinema.
