Russian drone attacks struck two civilian vessels in the Black Sea late Thursday, killing one person and injuring five others, Ukraine’s Deputy Prime Minister Oleksiy Kuleba said on Friday, according to AFP.
Kuleba wrote on Telegram that the two ships were operating under the flags of Panama and Saint Kitts and Nevis.
He said the strikes hit civilian maritime traffic and caused casualties, with one person confirmed dead and five others wounded.
The Ukrainian official did not provide further details on the condition of the injured or the extent of damage to the vessels.
