Musicians Pritom Hasan-Xefer Rahman duo are set to appear on-screen in the upcoming web film ‘Tumi Ami Shudhu’, produced by Shihab Shaheen. The film is set to premiere on the OTT platform Binge on April 14, coinciding with Pohela Boishakh.
Although filming was completed nearly a year ago, the release was delayed due to technical issues. The teaser has now been released, marking the official announcement of the launch.
Producer Shihab Shaheen described the story as a tale of a young woman’s free will, her struggle to shape her own life, and the complexities of relationships. At its heart, it is also a love story, offering audiences a fresh and nuanced experience.
The cast includes Manas Banerjee, Samu Chowdhury, Munmun Ahmed, and Abdullah Al Sentu.
