The first meeting of the Board of Directors of The Premier Bank PLC has been held following the bank’s relocation to its new Head Office at Shanta Pinnacle.
The meeting was chaired by the bank’s Sponsor Shareholder and Chairman Dr Arifur Rahman, reads a press release.
The meeting was attended by Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee Md Forkan Hossain, Independent Director and Chairman of the Executive Committee Syed Faridul Islam, Independent Director and Chairman of the Risk Management Committee Md Sazzad Hossain, and Independent Director Professor Sheikh Morshed Jahan.
Among others, Premier Bank Securities Limited Independent Director and Chairman M Nurul Alam FCS, the bank’s Managing Director Md Monzur Mofiz, and Bangladesh Bank Observer ANM Moinul Kabir were also present.
