Mohammad Nurul Amin Bipolob, the District and Sessions Judge of Kishoreganj, has been appointed as the registrar of the High Court Division.
This appointment was announced in an official notification signed by the Registrar General of the Supreme Court Mohammad Habibur Rahman Siddiqui and was published by the High Court Division’s Administrative Branch on 3 February.
In a related move, District and Sessions Judge Mohammad Sharifur Rahman has been appointed as the new Registrar (Judicial) of the High Court Division.
Sharifur Rahman currently serving as the judge of the Panchagarh Tribunal, will now take on this new role in the High Court.
The notification stated that both appointments were made based on the Chief Justice’s directives. The officials will serve on a temporary transfer basis until further instructions are issued, the notice added.
These appointments are made in the public interest, as per the release.
The new appointments are part of an ongoing restructuring initiative aimed at improving the efficiency of the judicial system and streamlining administrative processes within the country’s highest courts.
