The Election Commission (EC) has announced that it will not accept any applications for changing voter registration addresses after November 10, ahead of the 13th parliamentary elections scheduled for early February 2026.
The deadline was revealed in a circular issued by the commission on Tuesday, which outlined procedures for voters seeking to update their registration due to changes in residence.
According to the circular, all applications must be submitted by November 10, and registration officers are required to approve or reject them by November 17.
The EC is expected to release the official schedule for the general election in early December 2025, providing detailed timelines for voters and political parties.
