Bangladesh career ecosystem platform nextjobz will host its flagship Career Summit & Job Fest 2026 on 18 August at KIB Bhaban in Farmgate, Dhaka, bringing together more than 100 employers, industry experts and thousands of job seekers, the company said in a press release.
The day-long event will feature a Career Summit at the 900-capacity KIB Auditorium and a Job Fair at Convention Hall 1, creating a platform for discussions on employment trends, leadership and professional growth, while connecting candidates with national and multinational companies hiring across sectors.
The Career Summit will include panel discussions and sessions with industry experts, business leaders and career specialists. The Job Fair will allow visitors to interact directly with more than 100 employers and explore available career opportunities.
A key feature of the event will be on-the-spot interviews and hiring, allowing qualified candidates to receive job offers on the same day. The programme will also include interactive activities, a raffle draw and networking opportunities for students, fresh graduates, experienced professionals and senior executives.
nextjobz LearningLab, the platform’s skills development wing, will offer visitors access to upskilling programmes and certifications aimed at improving employability in a competitive job market.
nextjobz Resource, the company’s specialised division for headhunting, payroll management and staffing solutions, will showcase services for employers and opportunities for job seekers seeking confidential and leadership-level roles.
Entry to the Career Summit & Job Fest 2026 will require prior registration through the nextjobz app, with QR code-based check-in at the venue. Registered visitors will receive colour-coded wristbands, with purple for Job Fair access and black for Career Summit sessions, to help them navigate the programme.
nextjobz said it brings job search, recruitment, skills development and staffing solutions together on a single platform, with job seekers and employers able to register through the nextjobz app or portal.
