Modhumoti Bank PLC convened the 96th meeting of its Board of Directors on Saturday at the bank’s Head Office in Gulshan, Dhaka, with Chairman Humayun Kabir presiding over the session. The meeting saw attendance from the bank’s top leadership, including Managing Director and CEO Md Shafiul Azam, along with a full roster of board members, the bank said in a press release.
Board members in attendance included Salahuddin Alamgir, Mohammad Ismail Hossain, Nemai Kumar Saha, Tanjima Binthe Mostafa, Sultana Jahan, A Mannan Khan, Md Mahbubur Rahman, and Arifa Kabir. Independent Director Monjurul Ahsan Bulbul was also present at the meeting.
